Online Card Catalog Guide to Online Card Catalog
Etz Chaim’s Jeremy Bruder Memorial Library holds a collection of fiction and nonfiction books of Jewish interest for all age groups. The library also offers movies on VHS and DVD and music on audio tapes and CDs.
The library now has two computers and printers available for congregants to use on a first-come first-served basis.
Borrowing an item is easy – select the book, fill in the pocket card, and drop the card in the blue box at the desk. Returning materials is even easier – simply drop them in the bin to the right of the door as you enter the library. This applies to all library materials, not just books. Not sure if we have a book? Our new Online Card Catalog is here to help you find out.
A new feature of the recent library software upgrade is an Online Card Catalog Search. In addition to accessing the card catalog from the library computers, you are now able to search the Online Card Catalog from the comfort of your home or anywhere you have an internet connection. Learn more about it in the Guide to Online Card Catalog.

Public Use Computers - Now Available
The library now has two computers available for congregants to use. The software on these PCs includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Davka (a Hebrew word processor), and a Jewish Graphics folder. These are available on a first-come first-served basis. Just log on with user name “Congregant” (no password) and you’re off! Printers, one color, one black/white, are available to print your work. Please note: You should not save your files to the hard drive, as they will be deleted. Please bring your own USB flash drive, “floppy” disk or a writable CD if you need to save your documents. The computers can also be used to access the Internet. An Internet security prog ram is in place to prevent people from accessing inappropriate sites.
