Congregation Etz Chaim of DuPage County serves more than 550 families in the western suburbs of Chicago. The synagogue is conveniently located near I-88 and I-355 between Roosevelt and Butterfield Roads, at 1710 South Highland Avenue in Lombard, Illinois.

The congregation was founded in 1960 as Tree Towns Congregation in Elmhurst by eight local families.          Read More...

Snow Day School Closing Information

If we need to cancel school due to bad weather we will do three things:

1. Send an email blast by 7:30 AM on a Sunday and by 2:00 PM on a Wednesday.
2. Post it on the home page of our Etz Chaim website.
3. Post it on the Etz Chaim Facebook page.

If we need to close for some unforeseen reason, not due to bad weather, we will contact you via phone. If you have any questions, please call Anne Stein.
