Ageless Grace®- Fun Ways to Stay Physically Fit

How can a seated exercise program be so much fun and still provide lifelong comfort and ease of movement? Welcome to Ageless Grace®, a new, unique program that works for all ages at all fitness levels. We’ll be doing some of the  21 Tools like Shake It Up Baby, Dance Party, Spaghetti Spine, all to lively and familiar  music. Sing along while stretching, bending and laughing. It’s time to add fun to exercise and experience the newest way to move both mind and body. Sharon Frolick, a certified Ageless Grace Educator,  loves to add her creativity to make each program unique.  Wear comfortable clothes.
